Hijack the Event Perimeter

Every big event has an 'unsponsored zone' — the two blocks around the venue where 100% of attendees pass through and no brand has bought exclusivity. That's where you plant.

How to run it

Map ingress and egress

Use last year's photos to identify the 3 dominant walk paths from parking / transit / hotels.

Book 2 hours before doors, 45 min after

The perimeter is empty when the show is on. Don't waste screen time there.

Speak to the badge

Reference the event by name (legally: 'For attendees of the ___ conference'). Attendees feel seen and self-select.

Route to a live landing page

A page that expires when the event ends creates urgency and lets you measure exactly.

Pitfalls

A SaaS company ran 4 backpacks around a 12k-attendee marketing conference for $2,800 total. Booked 47 qualified demos vs. the $80k Gold sponsor's 62 — at 3% of the cost.

PackAdz Activations handles perimeter permits, walker briefings, and geo-fenced route enforcement so you're never on venue property.
